We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any government body or authority, including but not limited to the Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL), the Dholera Special Investment Region Development Authority (DSIRDA), the National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (NICDC), the Government of Gujarat, or the Government of India. We are likewise not affiliated with, and do not represent, any real-estate developer, builder, broker, channel partner, promoter or landowner mentioned on this site.

Any government names, authority names, developer names, project names, logos or trademarks that appear on AskDholera are used only for identification, reference and descriptive purposes. Their use does not imply any association, partnership, endorsement or approval, in either direction.

2. Information only, not advice

All content on AskDholera, including articles, guides, explainers, data tables, ratings, comparisons, tools, calculators, news summaries and answers from any AI assistant on the site, is provided for general information purposes only. It is not, and must not be treated as:

• Investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any property, plot, unit or other asset;

4. Accuracy, sources and point-in-time data

The information on AskDholera is gathered and compiled from public sources, including government portals, official notifications, news reports, developer materials and other publicly available data. While we make reasonable efforts to be accurate, we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or currency of any information.

In particular, you should understand that:

• Prices, ratings, project details, timelines, approvals and news are a point-in-time snapshot and may be outdated by the time you read them;

• RERA registration and the current status of the project and promoter on the Gujarat RERA portal;
• Title and ownership, including a clear chain of title, encumbrances and any litigation, checked by a qualified property lawyer;
• N.A. (non-agricultural) status, land use permissions, zoning and any applicable Town Planning Scheme;
• Price, taxes, charges and all payment terms, verified with the seller and against comparable transactions;
• All approvals, layout sanctions and documentation from the relevant authorities.

Do not rely on AskDholera as a substitute for this due diligence.

6. No guarantee of returns or appreciation

Any figures, projections, estimates, ROI illustrations or examples on this site, including anything produced by our tools or calculators, are hypothetical and for illustration only. We do not guarantee, promise or predict any return, profit, price appreciation, rental yield, resale value or future performance. Real-estate values can go down as well as up, and past or projected performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
