These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AskDholera (the website at askdholeraa.com, referred to here as "AskDholera", "we", "us" or "our"). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Before you continue. AskDholera is an independent information site, not an advisor or a broker. These Terms set the rules for using it, what you can and cannot do, and the limits of our responsibility. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, browsing or using AskDholera in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, you must not use the site.

2. Information-only nature of the site

AskDholera is an independent information portal about the Dholera Special Investment Region. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government body, authority or developer. The site exists to organise and explain publicly available information. It is not a platform to buy, sell, book or transact in property, and we are not a party to any dealing you may have with any developer, broker or seller.

3. No advice

Nothing on AskDholera constitutes investment, legal, financial, tax or real-estate advice, and it should not be relied on as such. The content is general information only and does not take account of your particular circumstances. You should obtain independent professional advice before acting on anything you read here. 4. Accuracy is not guaranteed

We compile information from public sources and make reasonable efforts to keep it useful, but we do not warrant that any content is accurate, complete, current or fit for any particular purpose. Prices, ratings, project details, approvals and news are point-in-time snapshots that can change and may contain errors. You must independently verify all material facts, including RERA registration, title, N.A. status and price, before entering into any transaction.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on AskDholera, including its original text, guides, layout, design, compilations, graphics and tools, is owned by or licensed to AskDholera and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share the content for your own personal, non-commercial reference, with attribution. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, sell or exploit our content on a substantial or systematic basis, or for commercial purposes, without our prior written permission.

All government names, authority names, developer names, project names, logos and trademarks referred to on the site are the property of their respective owners. They are used on AskDholera only for identification and descriptive purposes, and their use does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or partnership.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AskDholera, its operator, contributors and associates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

AskDholera may contain links to third-party websites and resources, provided for convenience and reference only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies or availability of any third-party site, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and policies.

10. Changes to the site and to these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and any change takes effect when posted. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of AskDholera, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you submit to that jurisdiction.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and AskDholera regarding your use of the site.
